A very small patch mostly to make Volcano stage usable online or in local multiplayer, but there were a few other things I fixed as well

Bug fixes:

• timer now stops counting while game is paused
• natalies back throw displays correctly
• volcano stage can be selected in multiplayer
• setsuka's super now displays correctly
• sound no longer unmutes after rollback
